- ONLINE
Just log in to your private landlord page and follow the instructions there to upload photos directly from your computer. Your photos (up to 4) will be posted instantly.
- E-MAIL
You can e-mail up to 4 photos for each vacancy directly to us at photos@southbayrentals.com. You must include in the body of the e-mail message:
- the phone number the rental is listed under
- the address of your property
We need these two details so that we can match your photo(s) up with the correct property. Photos in the jpg format are preferred but any file format will work. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your photos.
- MAIL
You can also mail us your photos and we will scan them here in our office and get them on the website for you. Again, be sure to include the phone number the properties are listed under as well as the address so we can match them correctly. Please allow 24 hours for the processing of your photos. Please also include a SASE so that we can mail the photos back to you.
- DROP OFF AT OUR OFFICE
You can always come by our office and drop off your photos in person. Be sure to include the property phone number as listed on the website as well as the property address. Since we may not be able to process the photos while you wait, please allow us 24 hours to get your photos on the website.
